Training Repayment Agreement review
An agreement under which an employer pays for an employee's training and the employee repays it on leaving within a set period — often called a stay-or-pay or training reimbursement agreement. The checks read for what triggers repayment, a stated amount no greater than the employer's cost, proration, how repayment is made after leaving, whether it may be taken from pay, and whether anything is owed when the employer ends the employment.
